- The hand over of the keys will be at the apartments.
- The check-in will be after 15:00h, this hour could be changed in some cases by special agreement.
- The check-out will be before 12:00h.
- Guests must pay 25% of total amount upon reservation. The remaining 75% plus the deposit should be paid in CASH at the time of check-in.
Cancellation Penalty:
- 30% of reservation fee if cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to date of occupancy.
- 70% of reservation fee if cancellation is made between 15 and 30 days prior to date of occupancy.
- 100% of reservation fee if cancellation is made less than 15 days prior to date of occupancy.
