The apartment is located in a full restored building at 2007, into the Monumental Area of Caceres. It has 50 sqr. m. First floor flat wich all their rooms having outdoor views, luminous and quiet ambiance.

It has a kitchen-office, dining room and living room with a double sofa-bed. 1 room with double-bed room and 1 complete equiped bathroom with bathtub.

Equipment: Air conditionig (hot/cold), induction hob, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster, hand blender, juicer and microwave oven. Electric water heater, TFT TV, DVD DivX/MPG4, HI-FI CD/MP3 music device with iPod plug, iron, iron board and hair dryer.

Towels and bed linen provided.

We have children facilities (cot and baby chair) free under demand.
